Flat Extract - FormXT
Extract data from HCFA 1500, UB92 forms and other flat fixed length files. Example: scanned HCFA 1500
medical forms, scanned invoices, purchase orders, etc. Package works as post processor for
scanner or OCR software. Helper tool for paper-to-EDI processing.
